Join Connection Academy trainer Kaleigh Marie for two days devoted to teaching some of the most popular and beloved tricks to your horse. These tricks can include the bow, lay down, sit down, Spanish walk, and more! This clinic emphasizes the training benefits of clicker training - which is strongly encouraged but not necessary to participate - and the emotional benefits of trick training horses.

Outside of being a fun activity for humans and horses alike, trick training helps us as trainers to better understand how to break down and teach behavior, practice better feel and timing, and notice how our horses' emotions plays a roll in their learning.

Throughout the clinic, you’ll gain insight into how positive reinforcement can build motivation, expression, and trust—often revealing new sides of your horse that carry over into every other discipline. Expect plenty of laughter, lightbulb moments, and meaningful connection as horses and humans learn together.
